We process orders within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-order items will ship within 5-7 business days upon arrival in our distribution center.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we made a mistake with your order or there is a defect in the product.
